How long does the delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be collected by the courier on business day, which may extend your delivery time.
If you have a specific delivery date in mind, please note this in the “Order special instructions” section on "Your cart" page before checking out, or contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
While goods may be delivered the day after your order, this is not guaranteed. For urgent orders, we recommend picking up your items from our warehouse to avoid any potential delays.

How could I know if the goods are in stock?
Out-of-stock goods will display a "Contact us to pre-order" blue remark, while in-stock goods will not have this remark.

Is it possible to return the goods?
All sales are final, and returns are not available.
Refunds are available if the order was mistakenly placed. To request a refund, please contact us.
If I use FPS or bank transfer, within how many days do I have to pay for the order?
If you choose FPS or bank transfer as your payment method and do not complete the payment within 30 days of placing your order, your order will be automatically cancelled.
