Designed with key features found in our larger poppers, the Econo-Merchant delivers increased popcorn production with a high performance, 16 oz. heavy duty stainless kettle. A favorite among mid-sized concession operators, this machine's compact footprint satisfies the need for increased production while taking up minimal concession space. The welded stainless-steel cabinet means the machine will be durable and sturdy yet the stainless top and cabinet give it a clean look.

Other key features include an exclusive kettle dump and return system with manual cover lift, single-stage washable filter system, internal heat lamps and heated corn deck. The clean-in-place swing down kettle is powered by a direct drive motor which provides longer motor life. This machine is equipped with direct oil feed to be used with an optional automatic oil pump. Cretors exclusive circulating hot-air Corndiitoner system keeps popped corn dry and crisp.

This popper is UL, UL Sanitation approved. Hong Kong FEHD approval in progress.
