Supreme Compound (1 lb / jar)

Experience perfectly popped sweet popcorn every time with Supreme Compound, an additive that prevents burning when cooking kernels with sugar. Mix with your desired amount of white sugar for optimal results.

Suggested usage: 

1. Pour a small amount of cooking oil into your popcorn pot or kettle and place it over medium-high heat. Allow the oil to heat up.

2. Once the oil is hot, add the popcorn kernels in an even layer. Sprinkle in the desired amount of sugar.

3. Add 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of Supreme Compound seasoning per 12 oz (320 g) of popcorn kernels. Stir to evenly distribute the seasoning.

4. Cover the pot or kettle with a lid and wait for the kernels to start popping. Gently shake or stir the pot occasionally to prevent burning.

5. Once the popping slows to several seconds between pops, remove the pot from the heat.
   

6. Serve and enjoy!
